The sad truth is that it doesn't really matter that much. Even if there were no bolshevik revolution, eventually the Romanovs would have caved (like everyone else) to foreign pressure and surrendered Russia to western and jewish suzerains. Either through gradual liberalization (pushed by jews, and this is what happened to the west), or, by doing the same thing they did in actual history, except in this scenario it leads to the tsar conceding and opening up his country to (((foreign aid))) rather than doubling down and creating about 50 different conflicts out of the situation. Damned if you do damned if you don't.

But it can't all be blamed on outside forces though. Going into ww1 was the most disastrous decision that the Russian empire ever made. And while I can say that I believe that due to hindsight, it should have been obvious to Nicholas that Russia wasn't even able to win a war against a barely modernized japan, let alone with the monstrosity of Germany and the Austro Hungarians to their west. Nicholas should have just said "fuck it, its over Serbia, why did you start that dumb shit" and let it be. It's not like the Austro-Hungarians were interested in genociding all the Serbs in any case.

The Russian position in the war was pretty close to the Qing dynasty vs Japan in 1895. They were both former superpowers that had turned into forgotten backwaters, had barely modernized at all, were crawling out of several civil disturbances and an earlier disaster of a war, and they expected to challenge the most industrialized, effective, well equipped, and well trained armies in their respective continents.

What do China and Russia have in common besides that? Communism is created when jews turn a people's rightful anger with idiotic government decision making into violent insanity and hatred.
