It's pretty easy to scam and be a parasite when a good quarter of the host nation and its ruling class have an outgroup bias. The ruling apparatus believes we should be grateful that they have enriched our countries with "vibrancy", we deserve the crime and displacement for ingratitude and past sins, and they will have a Star Trek utopia if we would just die off already despite the fact that we do all the productive work. They want scams and parasites because they see it as their own generosity. You deserve to be worked to a lonely, childless death because you are morally inferior due to your "racism" and lack of generosity.
