You know how people say "5 star restaurant" or "4 star restaurant" when they're talking about a fancy place? They're talking about Michelin Stars.

Then where are these 4 and 5 star restaurants coming from? Another rating system or just bullshit? Either way it is bullshit because the #1 restaurant is some Peruvian one that serves tidbits on sticks or pieces of wood or something purposefully unorthodox like that. This kind of food is to real cuisine what modern art is to art.
