Like first it sounds like you're saying the cop was too accommodating, then you complain they weren't accommodating enough?

Because she wasn't arrested for that. That's not an arrestable offense unless it's over a certain speed (depending on the state) or she refused to stop, but then it becomes fleeing/eluding (felony stop).
But the *actual reason* she was arrested was refusal to provide identification. The cop literally was telling her the truth. It isn't the cop's fault that most of the public is too genuinely fucking rock-stupid to understand that. They arrest you in that circumstance because they need to identify you, because almost literally every single time someone refuses identification, it is because they have warrants.

The reality is that most crazy people cannot ever be made 'uncrazy'. Medicating them doesn't fix them, it's literally like handing a muzzle to a shitbull and asking it to voluntarily put it on itself. All the crazies have to do is just decide to not take their meds.
