I told the shrinks to fuck off when they approached me about talking about my experiences in the war. I explained very calmly and very not aggressively that burying every thing deep deep down is the most sound and resolute way to deal with trauma.


It's true. All of my buddies that talked to the shrinks about their PTSD ended up worsening their conditions and prolonging their recovery period. (Eventually you just get over shit naturally.)

Funny. I never went to war. Signed up to do it but never got the chance.
But had a family member die that set off severe anger issues. Tried to fight some SNCOs mouthing off and got ordered to a counselor. All it did was make it worse and worse each time to the point they forced some medication on me.

I suspect half the issues we face have nothing to do with the “war” aspect and more to do with the vaccines and medication

Yes. And in my case, being around other stoic men. Women cannot and will not relate to your suffering. Do not share it with them.
