One thing I'd point out is that these people are afraid of Covid, ie something that never actually threatened them. What this therapy is essentially doing is telling them "don't be a baby, you don't have to be afraid of something that won't hurt you" so it works.

I'm skeptical that it would work as well on things that actually threaten them. If you were afraid of heights and you worked on high-voltage towers, could you just ignore your fear by not thinking about it or would you have to deal with it some other way?

That's what the programming is all about, the jew want you to ignore the things you should fear, while being afraid of stuff that poses no harm. (((They))) basically want to control your fears, because fear is a great way to control people. This is basic psychology.

Good point, but they're discussing anxiety, not phobias. This is more Matthew 6:26-30.

My understanding is that a treatment for phobias is exposure. The intent being "look real close at this spider. It actually can barely perceive you exist. You don't need to worry about it."

Having worked on high cranes and scaffolds, yes that's exactly what you do. Staring at the ground thinking about how high up you are only makes it worse by triggering physiological responses which will feed into your anxiety.

Isn't there that one famous case of a doctor telling a patient his new pills cured his cancer and the patient believed so strongly the cancer went away, until the patient saw a TV segment showing the pills didn't work and it came back. Then the doctor tricked him again.

Looking at my own experiences, I've definitely "willed" a few scenarios to happen.

These goyim have been so brainwashed by jews and soy they have no will power, but if they did, they'd be fine for most of the crap they complain about and a good handful of them would be here or similar places.
