Marcus Aurelius said this 2000 years ago... modern psychology is so gay.

Im convinced (((psychology))) was *designed* to cause more mental illness so (((psychiatry))) could drug the populace into compliance as "treatment". The correlation with the acceptance of psychology and abandonment of Philosophy and Religion with the out of control growth of mental illness is stunning.

And the goyest generation bought it hook, line, and sinker, spoiling their own kids because discipling them was now considered "abuse".

"I can't get a woman, I'm a genetic dead end, my life will consist of nothing more than working dead end jobs until the day I die, and my race is under a global genocide, I guess you could say I'm pretty depressed"

Therapist: "it sounds like you have the wrong mindset, have you considered that maybe you should just stop caring about everything? Anyway that will be a months savings for these 30 minutes, comeback next month"

One thing I'd point out is that these people are afraid of Covid, ie something that never actually threatened them. What this therapy is essentially doing is telling them "don't be a baby, you don't have to be afraid of something that won't hurt you" so it works.

I'm skeptical that it would work as well on things that actually threaten them. If you were afraid of heights and you worked on high-voltage towers, could you just ignore your fear by not thinking about it or would you have to deal with it some other way?

That's what the programming is all about, the jew want you to ignore the things you should fear, while being afraid of stuff that poses no harm. (((They))) basically want to control your fears, because fear is a great way to control people. This is basic psychology.

Good point, but they're discussing anxiety, not phobias. This is more Matthew 6:26-30.

My understanding is that a treatment for phobias is exposure. The intent being "look real close at this spider. It actually can barely perceive you exist. You don't need to worry about it."

Having worked on high cranes and scaffolds, yes that's exactly what you do. Staring at the ground thinking about how high up you are only makes it worse by triggering physiological responses which will feed into your anxiety.

Isn't there that one famous case of a doctor telling a patient his new pills cured his cancer and the patient believed so strongly the cancer went away, until the patient saw a TV segment showing the pills didn't work and it came back. Then the doctor tricked him again.

Looking at my own experiences, I've definitely "willed" a few scenarios to happen.

These goyim have been so brainwashed by jews and soy they have no will power, but if they did, they'd be fine for most of the crap they complain about and a good handful of them would be here or similar places.

I told the shrinks to fuck off when they approached me about talking about my experiences in the war. I explained very calmly and very not aggressively that burying every thing deep deep down is the most sound and resolute way to deal with trauma.

It's true. All of my buddies that talked to the shrinks about their PTSD ended up worsening their conditions and prolonging their recovery period. (Eventually you just get over shit naturally.)

Funny. I never went to war. Signed up to do it but never got the chance.
But had a family member die that set off severe anger issues. Tried to fight some SNCOs mouthing off and got ordered to a counselor. All it did was make it worse and worse each time to the point they forced some medication on me.

I suspect half the issues we face have nothing to do with the “war” aspect and more to do with the vaccines and medication

Yes. And in my case, being around other stoic men. Women cannot and will not relate to your suffering. Do not share it with them.

This is what white men have been doing since time began - suppressing unwanted thoughts. It is just another facet of a well disciplined life.

You’d be surprised how many chicks you can pick up in therapy groups. And therapists.

Apparently looking for dates at the womens' shelter is "inappropriate" and "in bad taste". 🙄
