I'm sure it's all because my father (step-father but w/e) married my mom without their permission. That was their crime. They have their faults but they are the most truthful and sweet people I've ever met in my life and everyone that knows them says the same. Also, the guy treated my mom like absolute shit and my dad not much better. If I was treated like that I'd have had nothing to do with him. Or the person would be in the hospital if they weren't elderly.
