that's about all I've ever had energy for after a day of work(and even then it's mostly just to keep myself from falling asleep too early and fucking up my sleep schedule)

That’s bullshit fren. Don’t go home. Go straight from work to the park, and start walking at a brisk pace for 15-30 minutes five days a week. Build up to 45 minutes. After that start throng in some jogging/sprinting in between for 15-30 minutes once again building up. It shouldn’t take more than a couple of months at most where you can jog sprint for the full 45. You will feel better and have more energy after the first couple of weeks.

Once again, don’t go home and go inside and sit down. Keep tennis shoes in the car and put them on and get moving. If you don’t have a park nearby just walk around the neighborhood. Get to know your neighbors.

Yeah, that's what I was told about work too, but I never had more energy, only less and less as I began to accept this is what my life would be until the day I die. If I did what you suggest I'd have even less time in my life to do what enjoy or what I need to and I'd have more time with nothing to keep my mind away from dreading the next day of work.

“If I did what you suggest I'd have even less time in my life to do what enjoy”

That’s the thing fren, if you took the time to do what I say, you’d enjoy everything throughout your life more, and everything would be better. The first couple of weeks will be brutal just like undertaking anything new, but once you’re in the groove, you’ll start to crave it, and become better for it. Getting exercise in nature, and sun is a game changer. It puts all drugs to shame. If the only thing you’re worried about doing is getting home and gaming, steaming, and scrolling, you’re going to have an awful life even if you didn’t have to work at all.

What type of work are you doing at the moment?

Again, same shit I heard about working more, it's just another lie.

Currently nothing and just trying to figure out how to move on in life.

Whoever told you that about working more is retarded. That doesn’t even make any sense. I’m talking about things that directly affect your mind, and body and will have an impact on how you look at and perceive everything in life. Your mind isn’t functioning correctly right now, and is clouded. The walking outside will improve this, and it’ll also help you sleep better eventually which is another problem. All of this anxiety you have is being magnified because you’re not treating yourself properly and with the respect you deserve. Just because the world keeps shitting on you doesn’t mean you should join in with it, and shit on yourself. Honestly man, you sound borderline suicidal. I hope I’m wrong. Good luck, and God bless fren.
