Yep. I sacrificed a career, and maybe home ownership, because I wanted to spend time with my kids while they were young to build a good relationship.

I raised them both while working part time by managing expenses and working as much as possible when given the opportunity.

There are millions of ways to live but people get caught up in narrow paths and think they can't turn aside.

I cant even get a woman to have kids with, I'll only ever own a home if I'm able to inherit one(and even if I do I don't know if I'd be able to afford the tax on it), and I have no hope of ever having a career. You've "sacrificed" more than most men will ever be able to have.
