There were a couple of national guard that ended up patrolling my AO after Katrina, and I befriended a couple of them after they knocked on my door to ask about, and check out my car. It was a pretty cool sought after car at the time. Anyway, we got to shooting the shit about once a week or so when they’d stop by for a few minutes. Some of the stories they told me were straight up insane, one of them ended up as part of the superdome debacle, and he said the amount of assault, and rape that went on, and had to be stopped was shit a movie couldn’t even depict. Another thing I learned from them, and old school NOPD friends and family at that time was how many niggers(bodies) were found once the water receded in some areas, and they were listed as drownings, but many were unalived by other means, and many of them had guns on them.
