As a whole i mean, not only in africa, eveerywhere they are found They are incapable of learning to be better and following the white man's example. They also will not get out of the way to let us rule and create a better life. They would rather be kings in a hellhole than 2nd class citizens in a paradise, so i say let them, total separation from blacks.

Yes, because culture is downstream of race. They will not be happy living under another race's civilization just as we aren't happy living under black, hispanic, or asian civilization.

Other than that dumb typo, I agree, although I am not sure I would call them "second class citizens" in the present day, mayo americans are currently the most colorblind group in america, probably the only colorblind group.
