Yes, esepecially if they were from the Norther Kingdom area, which was actually ethnically replaced as the original inhabitants were deported and people (read: non-semites) from the surrounding are were brought in to replace them, become the Samaritans. The Samaritans basically skinsuited the Norther Kingdom by adopting a heretical form of the Hebrew religion after God kept on sending bears to kill them, but they still kept a lot of their pagan practices and slowly mixed them with the Hebrew ones. So even the "jews" who have been in the Holy Land the longest still might not be actual Hebrews.
