A total of four health problems—two different mental problems and two different physical problems—and on what looks like four or more different medications for them. One medication for Generalized Anxiety Disorder (e.g. SSRI). One medication for ADHD (e.g. amphetamines). 'Two other medications' sounds like he might be at four. One of those might be for obesity, e.g. semaglutide, or that might be a fifth one.
How do you even manage that as a young male? Four medications was averagely what *elderly* Americans were taking in 2020. Three medications was what elderly Americans were averagely taking back in 2000. A young male with the health of an elderly male.
He then loses weight, but remains *morbidly* obese (he *still* weighs around two of me), and narrowly avoids the development of yet a fifth problem, type 2 diabetes mellitus, for which he would probably have needed yet another medication.
