Cancer in meat can get it rejected as "not fit for human consumption" when seen in real animals during processing. There is debate on whether this is due to stigma or science, but this is the rule for meat. Any tumor no matter how small can turn a 2000 pound cow into worthless dog food
Lab grown meat is a cancer cell. The entire thing. 100%
Playing labslop's advocate here, I'm going to assume that, since cancer can silently become a systemic problem causing an impotent immune response and inflamatory havoc throughout the body, meat from an animal with cancer is probably damaged by those processes, to the point that, even if it is still edible, it may be poor quality. Lab-grown meat, while technically being a tumor, is not going to suffer from the same problem simply because it's not connected to a whole living body.
They efficiently convert feed into meat, better than insects.
