People seem to not know this, but the reason toilets look lime this in India is because Indians tend to DESTROY toilets that the government builds for them. It has gotten so bad, that the government PAYS MONTHLY for residents to have toilets installed in their home. When they dont pay or are late, the resident destroy the toilet.

And they dont use them anyways. It's a religious / cultural thing to tthem to "go in the open".
