She got most of it right. The reason why modern governments tax is to offset inflation, not collecting revenue, when they control the supply of money. If they want something, they can just print the money. This is usually done by borrowing rather than directly.

Clearly, her dad wrote that script. Why *he* isn't there reading it, but instead sent his 12yo daughter to do so, is an interesting question to ponder.
