The riots started in 2013, so the $5 billion given in 2014 are unlikely to be responsible for them if you account for how the time works.

I looked it up, you are right and RFK is wrong. The $5 billion were given to Ukraine through 1991-2014, aid in 2014-2022 and 2022-2025 is not included in this $5 billion.

Damn Russians are weak as fuck if the US can snatch such a massive country like Ukraine in just $5 billion.
