Unironically this is something Matt Walsh complains about frequently. No one, absolutely no government official let alone governing body, ever campaigns to White men (or White women, specifically). They will cater to women in general, black men, hispanics, etc. No one in the government will ever campaign for White men.

Of course if Trump did it specifically, it might actually undermine his mission of helping them, if that's what he's after.
