Fast track a process for white South African farmers to come to the US.
 
Send of planeload of illegals to Africa on a C-17, then use the plane to bring farm equipment back to the US, as a way to show that the SA farmers are investing in the US.

Or break the paradigm he’s already breaking a little more. Fast-track a process for whites in South Africa to vote to join the United States. Let’s annex the Western Cape as a new state and drive all nonwhites out of it.

He already wants to break the (second most) ultimate taboo of the post-war world—“borders are sacrosanct.” Why not *really* break it?
