The 14 year old Mexican girl was here for cancer treatment that her family couldn't afford. Why did they come to the US for cancer treatment? I thought Mexicans were smart and harder working than Americans??

Because private medicine in Europe is head and shoulders above the U.S.; no waiting, no restrictions, access to experimental treatments.

The E.U. also has less of a grudge against narcos, unlike the U.S. that has them and their families on active watchlists.
