It is called transgressive artwork.

It is meant to get a reaction, it is meant to be vulgar and profane, vile even.

Consooming transgressive artwork is actually a good thing, it will make your brain prepared for the horrors that should not be, yet are.

i still to this day wonder how come britbongs haven't gone berserk over their own police force, in america we had americans who went full ballistic armor and AR's vs the traitorous police and killed a good fair share of these swine before running out of bullets (and blood)
