Yes, and this is why there are so many willing to play both sides of the field on the “down low” too. They also go through puberty a couple years earlier than others which gives them a physical advantage at younger ages in some sports.

There was another chart I saw a while ago that broke down violent crime stats by race, sex, and age, and I can't remember the specifics but black women over a certain age threshold commit more violent crime per capita than white men over the same age.
