In many ways this is worse than what they did to Saints Row. That was a 100% subversion of everything that made the franchise popular. With Kingdom Come, they're being subtle about it. "Yes, we added faggotry in the game, what's the big deal? If you don't want Henry to be buggered, just don't choose that dialog option" something something consequences based on historic attitudes to sodomy or whatever. We'll see what that entails, but unless it's not an automatic game over where you're drawn and quartered in the city square, it's going to be a hand wave.
