RISC processors such as ARM are non-brand. Keep in mind that they're not x86 compatible so you need software specially compiled for that architecture, however that's not a big issue nowadays with every OS supporting it, including the most common programs. Games is the main thing lacking RISC support, but it is starting to become supported.
RISC processors doesn't have anything like intel (((israel inside))) IME or AMDs PMS, they have way more cores, run them at lower frequency, which means less power consumption and excess heat. This is great for multi threaded applications or battery powered devices, not so great for gaming.
You should consider an ARM device for purity, but if you use your PC for gaming go with AMD both for CPU and GPU, disable PMS (this can be done in any consoomer grade bios). Also avoid pajeetsoft windows, because a: it's drivers purposefully fucks you over for choosing AMD over intel (((israel inside))) by slowing down your hardware, b: all the spyware included makes intel (((israel inside))) redundant and the whole goal if building a privacy friendly system is lost.
System76 has some ARM and AMD devices which comes with PopOS! a great Linux distro, as well as coreboot, a bios that lets you turn off intel (((israel inside))) IME, if you do end up with a intel (((israel inside))) CPU.
