The problem is removing them and no longer sharing technology with them. Thanks to the modern political paradigm, this is impossible.

We effectively prevented Iraq from progressing by denying them access to computer chips during the Saddam years. At one point, the Iraqis were importing PS2's to try to salvage the chips in them so they could use them in their missiles. They were unable to do so because they did not have the infrastructure to develop a mother board that could use the architecture of modern chips, and that was over 20 years ago.

Much of the brown countries are the same. Sure, they now have access to guns, cars, machines. They cannot produce them. While Mahindra (India) is capable of manufacturing cars, tractors, boat engines, I don't see them building fighter planes.

The recent Muslim invasions did not occur with weapons. We just let them in.

We did not "deny them access" to anything. They are desert Arabs; they are not suited to machines more complicated than a pulley. They would never have even invented the analog machines they were using before if left to their own devices. The microprocessor is a White invention. Spreading it to violent desert people is worse than getting local wildlife hooked on corn syrup and twinkies.
