If I told my friends I was going to post a video of myself talking to my wife's boyfriend, they'd tell me to give my head a shake. Except they wouldn't, because they would have taken me aside and stopped me before it even got close to that bad.
Some of this is because of how our society is structured, but most of it is choice. They chose to work with office losers or stay home by themselves instead of seeking out places where good men gather. It's not hard to make friends if you aren't a spaz or a total dick and guys will bond over anything from beers to baseball to BBQ.
More than likely, they're already shitty people, but then they convince themselves that everyone else needs to change to suit them. When all the people like them turn out to be garbage men, they turn to fake online sociality, like this dude in the post.
It's sad, because you could help them if they got their heads out of their asses.
