England and France were controlled by Jews. They wouldn’t have been kicked out without a full blown revolution. Not even German completely kicked out the Jews. Hitler simply put a stop to Jewish power and policies that actively harmed society but never completely removed them from Europe.

Goebbels didn't direct Krystallnacht. Krystallnacht was a false flag by German jewry in a bid to paint the NSDAP in a negative light. Recall all the times in the modern era where jews have been caught vandalizing their own synagogues, houses, and places of business to try and drum up phony "hate crimes" and elicit sympathy from the goyim? Yeah, it was just that but on a national scale. Turns out the jews only have one playbook, who'd have guessed.

We would have settled/conquered 10 planets by now if all of Europe was successful in removing them. Kind of depressing to think of where Europe would be today if they would have kept it Europe.
