8am work begins
Lunch at noon
Off by 430pm
Commute
Home by 530pm
6pm if I have to stop at the store.
Eat dinner
7pm free time begins

I get 3.5 hours when I'm at my most physically and mentally exhausted to fulfill my role as a father, husband, and man to do what? What free time is he talking about?
