Is it actually that bad there? Because lots of americans go there to escape other hellholes like California. And it's probably segregated like, Rio Grande valley is 90% spic and there are majority spic neighbourhoods, but rural/small towns it's probably like 80% white if I had to guess

You can buy the base game for cheap off a verified key site and then use creamapi or koalageddon to unlock all dlc for free. Creamapi is per game and koalageddon applies steam wide but has some misses here and there depending on the game.

For Stellaris however there is an extra step where you have to download the dlc files from somewhere and manually move into the folder after the above steps.
