It's going to a woman so if it's emotionally charged I think it could work better. Tried what I thought were the basic ones but it all falls back to "daddy is and wants him to look like him" and "I knew a guy who wasn't and he was embarrassed in high school. Very dumb reasons, I know.

Yes. They just cope and say "God told the jews to do it so it's fine." Even though it's not the same procedure in the first place as it was done to the Israelites. They are dispensationalists so there's that too.
Unfortunately, barring a miracle from God leading to their actual conversion to Christianity, or the destruction of the golden calf of israel by divine intervention, you wont be able to reason with them.
