I'd be lying if I said I didn't also eat ground beef & pork meatballs as snacks, and also cheese, sour cream, chicken, shrimp, salmon, and garlic/pepper/salt.
Sometimes I eat beef with some Ragu Simply 8 sauce as a bowl of chili with chopped up pork rinds added, or fresh mushrooms sautéed in butter, ghee, tallow, or bacon fat. Once a month or so I get a package of low carb burrito shells too and eat tacos/burritos/chimichangas. I like uncured pepperoni too (no chemicals) when I can find it.
I can't get raw milk anywhere near me, so I get half & half. Less calories than creamer, roughly 2/3 the carbs of milk.
Your best bet will be to look for and/or fall in with some small-time farmer with 1 or 2 cows that produces milk and products just for family and friends and maybe a few customers. Where I'm at the "small time" dairies charge 3 times over what a gallon of raw milk is worth just because they know they can sucker yuppie scum hippies into paying that much for something "organic".
Why not meat? All the stuff you listed is just filler. Humans don't *need* plants like we need meat. Don't get me wrong, having some plants on the side of your meat is good but the vast majority of every meal should just be meat. Personally I like steak or lamb with celery and hummus.
I like making sauces and what not. They'll still contain meat but I enjoy to eat for pleasure and cook well- just eating meat for the sake of "fuel" is unappealing.
Same, the problem is fat fucks who eat a cured bacon sandwich for breakfast, a cured bacon burger for lunch, and then another for dinner. Three eggs and three strips of bacon can easily last me from brunch to dinner.
