I have never heard of that, you mean they add shredded insects to flour? That would be forbidden in the EU. I could not find any articles exept for some TikTok videos of people showing flour that had some bugs in it. I doubt you are referring to those videos.

multigrain bread and rolls, crackers and breadsticks, cereal bars, dry pre-mixes for baked products, biscuits, dry stuffed and non-stuffed pasta-based products, sauces, processed potato products, legume- and vegetable- based dishes, pizza, pasta-based products, whey powder, meat analogues, soups and soup concentrates or powders, maize flour-based snacks, beer-like beverages, chocolate confectionary, nuts and oilseeds, snacks other than chips, and meat preparations
So far, I have not seen ONE product that contains insects in supermarkets in the EU
