When Facebook started, I made an account just to check the design. I've made just a few posts and was immediately banned only because called someone a moron. Right after I contacted Facebook saying that I didn't do it, that my account was hacked. They unbanned me right away. This made me understand that Facebook was owned and moderated by idiots, even before the real censorship started.
