In a true meritocracy, working from home should have almost entirely supplanted commuting to work at this point. Unless you actually need to be there, such as working in security, a civil service, transport or something else that requires a physical presence, you should not need to go to the (((big city))) anymore. Offices should be shutting down in their thousands. Roads should be freeing up and what remains of the business districts should become open-air museums of a life that once existed but doesn't anymore, used simply for filming period pieces on location and on the cheap.

There are hundreds of benefits to this. Cleaner air, for one. Lower energy demand, and ultimately a lower energy cost. Less road wear, meaning they need to be maintained less often. Quicker access for emergency services and taxis. Companies can expend far less money in having a physical HQ as opposed to the boss' house or wherever. Jobs will become less stressful as people no longer need to wake up early and clock in. They can spend more time working in a comfortable environment at their ideal working temperature, eat, drink and smoke whatever and however they want at any time throughout the day, and most importantly of all, parents can now spend thousands of hours more with their children as they grow up, since they don't need to leave the house anywhere near as much outside of leisure.

Apartment complexes should also be freeing up of any White occupants and arguably torn down if left empty so that the people living in them may return to an earlier way of life in a rural village or small town, or failing that, a "suburban" area with 150+ years of history behind it that existed before the city did. With little in the way of noise. No government or quasi-governmental interference, and that includes HOAs for any faggot who's going to inevitably bring them up. Just you, your home, and the greater community built around you. People you care about, who will happily scratch your back if you scratch theirs. Who you will be able to depend upon in your time of need, as you will for them.

Humanity is not biologically designed to live 100 or more abreast occupying the same few square meters as each other, just above or below. It's inhumane. It's like a multi-storey pig pen for people. And all it does is eventually niggerfy any upstanding occupants into violent, greedy thugs if you let one bad apple in. New York has become the world's most dangerous place in a matter of weeks because of the natural psychopathy that develops from residing in an extremely high population area like NYC.

So with all that said, why are jews so. fucking. insistent. On keeping the city alive? It's a dying way of life, rendered obsolete by the internet. City dwellers brag that they consume far less energy than those living in greener areas, yet that's not counting all the passive energy usage they consume through street lighting, supermarket fridges, A/C and of course all the red brick barcades they tend to frequent.

They are trying to indoctrinate millions into WANTING to live in the city, and making it "walkable", which is jewish code language for locking Whites in a multicultural ghetto from which there is ultimately no escape. Any road out gets torn up and barricaded. Eventually there'll be patrols to make sure you don't engage in any "goyiche" behavior. That all your transactions will occur over a jew-monitored service, along with anything you say to your friends and family. That the only vehicle you'll be able to obtain is an e-scooter that disables itself the minute you try driving over a fag memorial. They are paying YouTubers millions of dollars in brainwashing young people into wanting to live in "le hustle and bustle of le big city" and making it seem like a good thing. By getting them to bark at boogeymen like "muh big oil" instead of focusing on the jews that want to take all our land away and turn them into wind turbine farms or sell them to China.

They're also know for their small villages of which much of their culture is derived from. While you do get many benefits from a city you also get many downsides; sticking your entire population into small areas makes for an excellent target. You become reliant on others for many aspects of your life leaving you powerless should they vanish for any reason. They also tend to have a much higher rate of bystander effect, get stranded somewhere? That's too bad, someone else will take of you I'm sure.

The only thing you'd be able to produce at scale would be water, energy requires outside sources of fuel be it coal, oil, natural gas, nuclear or solar. Industry is reliant on mining, refining and transportation. Food requires large tracts of land for animals unless you'd like to try the indoor pig farm idea again that led to extremely inhumane conditions. One exception to food would be plants grown atop buildings or in vertical farm setups though they're likely to become polluted from vehicles, energy generation, metal working or a host of other sources. Say you were able to build the perfect green city, you'd still need to rely on outside sources for raw materials in infrastructure and buildings.

Ok so you build your hypothetical city on a source of fresh water and an oil/coal/gas field which covers your fuel, asphalt and plastics; not impossible. Ignoring the problem of mitigating ground and surface water pollution from the mining, you'd still need a source of gravel, sand, lime, iron, copper, silver, gold, silica, chromium, zinc, nickel, aluminum, tin, sulfur, and silicon at a minimum. If you want to keep your electronics you'll also need cobalt, magnesium, rubber, lead, platinum, niobium, rhodium, gallium and a few more I'm likely forgetting. Ideally you'd also want a source of lumber, you can either turn your parks into tree farms and sawmills thus ruining the natural beauty which is necessary for peoples' mental wellbeing or again, source it somewhere else.
