Step one: Israel convinces the United States/Turkey to depose a leader who actually keeps a country intact and safe, because they 9/10 (correctly) identify israel as the main problem in the region.
Step two: instability is created in that nation
Step three: israel creates honeypot organizations using mossad operatives (ISIS, Al Qaeda, Al Nusra, etc) to prey on a vulnerable youth, and the remnants of the army of that nation, that are angry that their once proud nation is fallen and have been radicalized by circumstance
Step four: these proxies are used to fight off legitimate insurgencies (such as JRTN in Iraq) to avoid any possibility of a resurrection of the nation.
Step five: this serves a dual purpose. It also legitimizes US occupation.
Step 6: the nation is "united" once more whenever the fake insurgency is "dealt with" (put back into the closet to be used later). It will either be fully re-educated to be pro-israel and strong (like Egypt) or it will be anti israel but too weak to do anything about it (like present day Iraq).
Step 7: rinse and repeat ad infinitum until greater israel
Step 8: the instability that you yourself have created means that there is now an excuse to send thousands of military aged men to Europe. Half of the time they were people outlawed by {prior regime}, or jihadists radicalized by yourself. In a majority of cases, this will only obfuscate peoples vision of the jew even further. People will be angry about it, but will usually blame Islam and praise israel as the only country fighting this, when it is actually quite the opposite in reality.
Israel doesn't need to convince US Congress of anything: they only need to perform some political thereat, using their mainstream and social media and academia, to make the jewish looting of our treasury seem organic rather than extortion.
