Canaanites are literally the children of Cain. It's right there in the name. Treachery stretches as far back as their bloodline does.

jews/israelites are a splinter of caaninites IMO even thier religion which splintered into the various Abrahamic faiths originated there with YHWY the storm god becoming the god of all, point being is that it was essentially them fighting amongst themselves, IE not my problem lol in that case.
