No serious scientists still believe the "out of Africa" theory. The study of genetics and DNA has doomed the theory. Black Africans carry a gene known as a "ghost" gene from an ancient ancestor. This gene is not present in European or Asian populations, meaning European and Asian populations could not have descended from black Africans.

Pale skin comes from the various other groups that whites are descended from. All of which had more pale skin than WHG. WHG only makes up about a quarter (or less) of modern European dna. Although WHG was probably just tan or caramel rather than nigger black.
