This reminds me of the interaction between mentally ill people with gender dysphoria and their doctors who promise the world in exchange for money and transform their vulnerable victim into a Sasquatch.
That's just swelling after a procedure. It went away after a few days and he went back to looking normal.

He looks like less than ideal IMHO. He looks weird overall. The main problem is he doesn’t come off or look masculine in most ways, once again, especially for the time and money he’s devoted to this stuff. I will say this. I do respect him a bit because he’s willing to try new things on camera without doctoring, and editing it to look perfect.

His demeanor is very artificial, almost robotic. He doesn't move his facial muscles naturally. Possibly because he is trying to minimize the formation of wrinkles.
This is also what bothers me about him. He went from trying to become young (according to biomarker values) to trying to look younger. If his protocol actually worked, he wouldn't need procedures that make his face swell like on the picture.
There is nothing wrong with an older guy trying to be very fit and look as good as possible, but it should be done within the framework of natural aging. Once you start with surgeries and various unnatural injections, there is a very slippery slope towards turning into an abomination.

Exactly. I don’t have a problem with people taking care of themselves, but once you start making it your life, and doing ridiculous shit that’s actually worse for you both looks, and health wise, you’ve lost me. It’s like anabolics. Im not totally against them in moderation once you hit middle age and older, as long as you have everything else dialed in first, but far too many people over do it, and go full retard where it starts to become a health issue with diminishing returns. Just my opinion.
