The problem with the legal system is the only way it’s even remotely “legit” is if you can get something with a jury that isn’t in a completely hostile area of the country. Even then, it’s not a given. So really what the JEWdicial sistum is causing him to do is make it a criminal case where he can actually get a jury of his “peers” like Gary Plaunche. The bottom line is the wife would have to be unalived in Minecraft in order to get a jury, hopefully get let off, and then get your kids back without the threat of someone constant trying to take them.
