Its by design, men literally have no masculine influence, from single mothers to female-only teachers, they are basically forced to consume female-thinking for the majority of their young life (up to 20) then they're forced to go into wage-slavery and again, are penalized for even showing a hint of masculinity or masculine assertiveness
