15~ years ago they implemented the "fire safe ciggarette" and regimented that all commercial tobacco pre rolled and packaged cigarettes be treated with flame retardants for the purpose of preventing people who fell asleep in their beds with a smoke in mouth from setting their retarded heads on fire.
