I'll write a short guide

First things first, make sure it's actually aged in an oak barrel rather than cooked in a stainless steel vat

Second, the grape cultivar, legit wine will say the exact names of the grapes used

Third the location and date of harvest (similar to olive oil)

Good grapes are supposed to grow somewhere with high altitude facing the sea, Volcanic soil is a huge bonus to the quality

I am a fan of Cypriot Commandria and muscat wine (as wine in my opinion is supposed to be sweet) and much like the greeks and Romans i dilute em with high quality sparkling water because drunkenness is for niggers

Granted wine is bursting with calories so consume with moderation or heavy dilution
