Scofield is the KJV text, at least at first glance, which is part of how this wolf was able to sneak into the sheepfold. Scofield made various "corrections" to the main translation text (rather than as notes) as well as countless study notes that make the scriptures align with doctrine (rather than the other way around).

This is a big part of the foundation of the intertwined heresies of dispensationalism, the "rapture", and jews being acceptable (changing from Christ-killers to stubborn future "Christians").

Somebody here made a post about how the DRV is the best English version. Anything newer than like 900 AD is using the Masoretic text for the OT with appeared with the jews. The NT in the bibles from the 1000's-today includes various cut-pastes from Nestorian and other Orthodox heresies, along with various intentional mistranslations and rewording (charity changed to 'love,' etc). The DRV is the Jerome's Latin Vulgate which is the oldest complete bible and is the one our Frankish, English, Scottish, Celt, Gothic and German ancestors were reading.

I'm not Catholic but I have to concede that they have the only real bible.

DRB is even better than the KJV because Luther accidentally Judaized the bible by using the (((Masoretic Text))) instead of the much more reliable and older Septugiant based Vulgate. In his younger years starting the Reformation, Luther was essentially a shabbos goy, and thought that making concessions to the jews by removing the books they reject and using their modified translation of the Torah (which they removed all references of Jesus in the prophecies pertaining to Him), they would convert to Christianity. He was wrong, and eventually realized some of his mistake (though sadly he still thought the Reformation rejecting the Hierarchy was a good thing, when in reality the abolition of all Heirarchy is one of the goals of (((Kaballism))).)

The king James is too.
