>end birthright citizenship for the children of illegal migrants
# THEY HAVE LITERALLY NEVER HAD IT. EVER. AT ANY TIME. THERE HAS NEVER BEEN A SINGLE LAW WHICH SAYS THEY HAVE IT. THE AUTHORS OF THE FOURTEENTH AMENDMENT ***EXPLICITLY STATED*** THAT ANCHOR BABIES DO NOT EXIST. KILL EVERY SINGLE PERSON IN WASHINGTON.
>“The first amendment is to section one, declaring that “all persons born in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the States wherein they reside.” I do not propose to say anything on that subject except that the question of citizenship has been so fully discussed in this body as not to need any further elucidation, in my opinion. This amendment which I have offered is simply declaratory of what I regard as the law of the land already that every person born within the limits of the United States, and subject to their jurisdiction, is by virtue of natural law and national law a citizen of the United States. **This will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners**, aliens, who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers accredited to the Government of the United States, but will include every other class of persons.” **~ The Congressional Globe**, p. 2890; [May 30, 1866](https://web.archive.org/web/20210203073318/https://www.loc.gov/law/help/citizenship/pdf/congressglobe_2890.pdf)
Preamble of the Constitution: "FOR US AND OUR POSTERITY"
It's there in plain English!
We don't have magic dirt, we never did. In fact, our soil is poorer than the rest of the world. South America, Africa, Europe, and Asia all has better farmland and better resources. We got the short end of the stick! If people want magic dirt, go live in Africa!
Well, it looks like we're going to have to make it even more blatantly obvious because the idiots can't interpret 18th century laws properly.
There's a lot of original constitution laws I wish the framers would have been more detailed on..but then again, these rules were made for a civilized society. Where common sense was the norm.

and none of them relate to the average American having to pay Federal income tax for their income earned here in the United States. All of those AND the 16th Amendment are about foreign earned income.
Lol oh no you are one of those retarded sovereign citizen types who finds a definition from a treaty with a city in the Philippines from 1817 and uses it to reinterpret entire sections of legal code.
> The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.
Huh, I missed where it says from overseas income only. In fact, I do see "incomes from whatever source". What do you know - you are wrong and a huge fucking moron!
All Trump has to do is say "We're going to enforce the law as written. Every executive action taken contrary to this amendment is null and void. The courts can pound sand now."

Making a law specifically denying birthright will seal the deal I believe.

We already have that law. It's the 14th amendment.
