>end birthright citizenship for the children of illegal migrants

# THEY HAVE LITERALLY NEVER HAD IT. EVER. AT ANY TIME. THERE HAS NEVER BEEN A SINGLE LAW WHICH SAYS THEY HAVE IT. THE AUTHORS OF THE FOURTEENTH AMENDMENT ***EXPLICITLY STATED*** THAT ANCHOR BABIES DO NOT EXIST. KILL EVERY SINGLE PERSON IN WASHINGTON.

>“The first amendment is to section one, declaring that “all persons born in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the States wherein they reside.” I do not propose to say anything on that subject except that the question of citizenship has been so fully discussed in this body as not to need any further elucidation, in my opinion. This amendment which I have offered is simply declaratory of what I regard as the law of the land already that every person born within the limits of the United States, and subject to their jurisdiction, is by virtue of natural law and national law a citizen of the United States. **This will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners**, aliens, who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers accredited to the Government of the United States, but will include every other class of persons.” **~ The Congressional Globe**, p. 2890; [May 30, 1866](https://web.archive.org/web/20210203073318/https://www.loc.gov/law/help/citizenship/pdf/congressglobe_2890.pdf)

Never a law to pay Federal Income taxes either yet here we are.

Making a law specifically denying birthright will seal the deal I believe.

The reality is people need realize that a nation isn't based on magic dirt but on blood.

AMEN!

Preamble of the Constitution: "FOR US AND OUR POSTERITY"

It's there in plain English!

We don't have magic dirt, we never did. In fact, our soil is poorer than the rest of the world. South America, Africa, Europe, and Asia all has better farmland and better resources. We got the short end of the stick! If people want magic dirt, go live in Africa!

>Making a law specifically denying birthright will seal the deal I believe.

We already have that law. It's the 14th amendment.

Well, it looks like we're going to have to make it even more blatantly obvious because the idiots can't interpret 18th century laws properly.

There's a lot of original constitution laws I wish the framers would have been more detailed on..but then again, these rules were made for a civilized society. Where common sense was the norm.

.... yes. There's been hundreds of pages of federal income tax law passed, as well as a constitutional amendment.

and none of them relate to the average American having to pay Federal income tax for their income earned here in the United States. All of those AND the 16th Amendment are about foreign earned income.

Lol oh no you are one of those retarded sovereign citizen types who finds a definition from a treaty with a city in the Philippines from 1817 and uses it to reinterpret entire sections of legal code.

> The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.

Huh, I missed where it says from overseas income only. In fact, I do see "incomes from whatever source". What do you know - you are wrong and a huge fucking moron!

All Trump has to do is say "We're going to enforce the law as written. Every executive action taken contrary to this amendment is null and void. The courts can pound sand now."

those goyim are quite senile, they have completely forgotten the betrayal and cuckery of the 2016-2020 period

Nobody is mad about this.

We're just not retarded enough to believe that Trump will fulfil his promises that benefit us.

>Hillary will be arrested

>Ice will round up the illegals

>Mexico will pay for the wall

They're just the ones I remember from 2016-2020 that weren't fulfilled.

While Trump didn't do half of what he promised in 2016, he did way more than anyone ever expected. We've been lied to for so long by fake conservatives and nationalists that it's refreshing to see ANYTHING happen at all.

Because it's a half step. Who cares if they are legal or illegal. They just call them asylum seekers instead of illegals and boom, "americans".

We should enshrine into law: No naturalization for refugees, doesn't matter how long you lived here. Go back home, then come back here legally, and then we might talk about it.

We really shouldn't be taking any refugees in. And if we do, we should put them on a reservation like the Indians, let them govern themselves within our borders, but don't assimilate them even a little bit.

We need to revoke birthright citizenship as well. If you were born in the US and your parents weren't citizens, you aren't a citizen either, unless you were naturalized, which you weren't.

And so we can go through a huge chunk of the population, tell them their citizenship is in jeopardy of being revoked, maybe grant them a temporary green card, but tell them to get in line for naturalization.

At the same time, we can bolster our naturalization process. Did you commit crimes in the US? Then no citizenship for you, ever. Are you receiving welfare benefits? Then no citizenship for you, ever. Will you make and keep an oath to the people of the United States, even the white people, Christians, etc? If not, no citizenship. So on and so on.

I’ll believe it when I see it. Lots of Day 1 promises in 2016, very few results. This guy has the power to mobilize every law enforcement agency in the country to find and physically remove from the country every single illegal alien. It would only take the stroke of a pen. Sorry for being pessimistic but I don’t think anything will fundamentally change with Trump. He’s a pressure valve. Just like Pierre Poilievre in Canada, or any other “conservative”. People who would actually change things are not allowed to participate in the theatre of elections anymore. They learned that with uncle Adolf in the 30’s.

I can hope Trump goes almost psychotically overboard on based actions. Round ups, camps, death squads... But I have zero faith that happens. We will get milquetoast appeasement legislation to a nation tired of woke shit, followed by "look at how much I helped the jews and niggers. I am enjoying the leftie tears for now though. Just delicious.

OK. Tell them to walk through the gaps faster. Many of the first and second Biden year illegals are going to be able to vote next election and have been popping out third worlders since they got here. Don't telegraph it. Just do it and start a deportation task force. Cut federal funding to all agencies to almost nothing and start a temporary deportation task force that can compel local governments to aid in deportations.
