If this is real, it really just shows how empty that building is. What a huge embarrassment.

It's night time. Most office buildings are empty.

If they're rented by a company, I would expect privacy in my suite and not having some building maintenance person going in there and turning on my lights to make this design. FDJT

There is no design but thanks for proving the deranged are on hallucinatory drugs.

Yeah, this was a serious reach and really still comes up empty-handed. Nazis will be free soon enough to openly decorate the government home of their orange leader.

Or maybe, most people are home already and you're working still so you have lights in your office on

Mate, we’re not living in the 90s. Nobody’s going to a room to change the lighting
Seems like the odds of actually flipping the right switches in a building to make a perfect swastika would be very low, almost impossible if it's by accident.
Only exception would be the Ericsson tower in Stockholm which is covered in LED screens, and anyone can change the colors of every pixel via an app, you'll have 10 minutes after waiting for your slot, but during those 10 minutes you could make the tower light up as a swastika.
That's an hotel, isn't it?
I'm sure conpro budget can be spent better, but in theory we could rent all the rooms there and coordinate on which room should have the light on or off.
Telecommunications tower if I remember correctly, similar to the AT&T building in jew york, that big concrete skyscraper with no windows on it. And it's actual led lights covering the whole building. Fun little gimmick.
But I like the idea of coordinating the lights in an actual hotel too, we wait until night when all lights are out, then we go up to the skybar, leaving the lights on as a swastika. [This will be us](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PQ0URNWyt1w). ;-)
