The bar is so low, I’ll just be happy if he’s able to enact a couple of things he’s talked mad shit about doing just for the seething from the left. Even if he does actually want to do the things he says, he’ll be obstructed by both sides. I hope I’m wrong.

Of the most extreme things that won't happen, I think the most likely and most important would be getting Wickard v. Filburn repealed.

Perhaps Clarence Thomas will correct this horrible decision as one of the final things he does before retirement.

Would be a move that would have the biggest impact of any single move.
