Koreans are PISSED that their government is importin foreigners by the boatload.
They REFUSE to do any business with foreigners. Like, there is no mixing whatsoever there. As a white American, I am free to go wherever I want, but in the Korean parts, there are NO foreigners there.
When I asked about the immigrants, one person just said "It's a big problem." That was a code word for "We don't talk about that openly. But we're going to fix it soon."
