There's 9 justices on the supreme court. 3/9 would be 33% and 4/9 would be 44%. Why the fuck does this chart say 38%?

I highly doubt that. 2% of the current population of America is jews, not 2% of all Americans that ever lived. Why would OP be inconsistent? I think it's more likely OP is trying to say that there's currently 3.5 jews on the court, and I'm curious who he thinks the half jew is. Or more importantly why even make the half distinction.

It says "Supreme Court", not "Supreme Courts", and the numbers don't work for that either anyway. Thanks for revealing that you didn't make this yourself and you don't even know how the OP got these numbers. Class act. I suspected that since 38% is halfway between 33% and 44%, the OP was implying that the court has 3 jews and 1 half jew, and I was wondering who the half jew is.
